When this process applies
OEM covers marking, packaging and housing/terminal options on existing platforms. ODM covers engineering changes — output profiles, connectors, dimming behaviour — within our constant voltage and 48 V track ranges. We do not take on outside power-electronics categories outside LED drivers.

What is the MOQ for OEM drivers?
It depends on the depth of customization: laser marking and packaging start at lower volumes, while custom housings and tooling require larger commitments. Send your specification to sales and you will get the MOQ and tooling cost in writing with the quote.
Does OEM customization change the warranty?
No. OEM units run through the identical ICT test and 100% full-load aging as catalog stock, so warranty terms carry over to your branded product.
Can you match my brand colours on the housing?
Housing colour variants are part of the OEM option set. Provide a colour reference with your enquiry; we confirm feasibility and finish on the pilot samples before the production run.
How long does an OEM pilot take?
After the specification is frozen, pilot units go through the same build-and-test flow as production stock. Timeline depends on customization depth — confirm current lead time with sales when you send the drawing.
